By far - worst professional experience of my life

Pros

Smart people below senior leadership

Cons

This company is quite possibly the most toxic environment I have ever set foot in. Ric has created an environment in which people use “radical candor” as an excuse for shredding your basic human dignity. This type of competitive, self-interested culture directly stems from the top.

Not the place it use to be

Pros

-Free lunch 1 Thursday a month -Provides access for dynamic technical growth -Great healthcare benefits

Cons

-Company lacks emotional intelligence to provide effective leadership for career growth -Lacks flexibility for normal life events such as dentist appointments, etc. There is a superficial, up front "yes, no problem" for an appointment, but there are repercussions afterwards for not being available while you are gone, despite advance communication -Low compensation for the work load -No bonus compensation for exceeding KPIs -Overall poor quality of life and a large toll on the mental health of all employees
