Pros

RV is an amazing company that provides tons of opportunity to be directly involved in the work of highly influential brands and partnerships. Definitely a place for those with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to understand their impact on consumers and partners. The company culture is really strong here as well. Lots of teammates across RV willing to pitch in while not taking themselves too seriously.

Cons

Tends to change it's business model frequently, lots of reorgs, and pivots. Those changes aren't due to poor decision making though - they are RV's competitive advantage. Adding it in the Cons because for some that might be a negative.

Pros

Lots of “perks” at their office such as a cafe and gym, but it is actually located in Rock Hill and advertised as Charlotte.

Cons

Expect to work overtime all the time, not just here and there. This is not a place to work if you have a family or want to have a life outside of work.
