Pros

The food was incredible and the people - Great opportunity to someone just getting out of college needing a reality check to what real life work politics are about.

Cons

Worst 3 years of hell I ever endured - Management could care less about you -Upper Management even less - Voted Best Place to Work???? - HOW - the STRESS alone could kill you.

Pros

Discounted lunches. Bowling Alley and Basketball Court are great. Lots of performance contests. Each business has their own family culture. You can get a lot of overtime.

Cons

Unethical and borderline illegal sales process. Agents are encouraged to use a lot of double meaning or vague wording with the hopes of pulling a fast one on customers. High Stress environment with too demanding of metrics. CEO sends out political motivated emails. I flexible work schedule. Programs used to process call metrics and sales is mediocre at best. Don’t depend on your comp check to be accurate ever! Compliance is always looking to catch you doing something wrong so they can penalize your compensation. No real time to be off the phones which is why most people get burned out fast. My advice is to make money fast while looking for other work.
