Pros

Gave me work when I needed work. Really did try to make the atmosphere of a call-center somewhat enjoyable. The people that work there are fun, and very nice.

Cons

Well..... I don't really know where to begin. I accepted this job as a last-resort because I couldn't really land a job after about 50 interviews. So I took this one. And don't get me wrong, the facility is TOP NOTCH. But notice that they only try to sell you on the building and amenities. The job itself sucks-there is no other way to put it. People don't stick around RV because they love the job, they love the people and the ability to make good money. The money CAN be good, but the amount of deductions you get from your commission for stupid things drove me crazy. Also I worked a shift from 3:30pm to 12:30am and really couldn't have a life outside of work. I was there for four months and my schedule NEVER changed-even though they promised me that it would.

Pros

Great if you want an entry level sales job and experience for your resume. Liked the onsite clinic by carolinas health care for only $5.

Cons

They advertise all these amentities like a basketball court, yoga studio, bowling alley, etc... alll that you have zero time to use. 90% of the sales force are in the old building with no upgrades they boast of, its just micro sized cubicles for as far as you can see. You have a 15 min break first half of your shift and same second half of your shift which require prior approval. If you need a bathroom break, that will come out of the 15 min break time and if you go over you are given attendance points.

Great top leadership - bad managers

Pros

The CEO and other top leadership really know what they're doing. The headquarters are pretty nice with some good food and stuff to do. If you know the right people, there are some good opportunities. There are some really great people to work with.

Cons

Sales agents have the opportunity to make a lot more than salaried employees. Salaried employees are paid quite a bit lower than the industry average. The company sells employees on the benefits so they won't feel bad about not getting paid as much. Management is very poorly trained. Watch out for back stabbing and a career you have to navigate on your own. Some managers do care, but it's few and far between.
