No incentives for employees that have been there and worked hard
Pros
Gave me work when I needed work. Really did try to make the atmosphere of a call-center somewhat enjoyable. The people that work there are fun, and very nice.
Cons
Well..... I don't really know where to begin. I accepted this job as a last-resort because I couldn't really land a job after about 50 interviews. So I took this one. And don't get me wrong, the facility is TOP NOTCH. But notice that they only try to sell you on the building and amenities. The job itself sucks-there is no other way to put it. People don't stick around RV because they love the job, they love the people and the ability to make good money. The money CAN be good, but the amount of deductions you get from your commission for stupid things drove me crazy. Also I worked a shift from 3:30pm to 12:30am and really couldn't have a life outside of work. I was there for four months and my schedule NEVER changed-even though they promised me that it would.
