Pros

The best reason would be healthcare if you are not a corporate employee and a whole bunch of t shirts. New facilities are nice, just watch you're step.

Cons

Money hungry, they do not care about their employees. An agent is just a number. They will work you to the bone, mandatory overtime. Sexual harassment left and right. From employees and managers unfortunately. Management seems to pay more attention to social media than anything else. If you have a death certificate from a family member but a pic of you smiling was uploaded to Instagram and got in management hands you are screwed. They will treat you like crap to get you to quit. Specially the people that have been there the longest, it seems they do not want these people around because they know too much or something. It is unfortunate, they did have a great strong culture back in the day but it is long gone.

Pros

the only thing this job has is great food at the cafetiria and they hire great looking woman and the benefits are great

Cons

talk about milking the cow to the last drop they will change comp plans every month until the job becomes so stressful cause your not making enough money like you used to. Management have favorites in terms they let things go like how the coaching goes and get written up. In order to move up within the company is not what you know or who you know. You see mostly alcoholics and drug addicts as your boss. This company is going down hill and they know it. Thats why they haven't won the best place to work in a couple of years cause is the worst place to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros

The pay was actually not bad. The atmosphere of the area is fun and enjoyable. The fellow co-workers were a pleasure to work with. the work life balance isn't as bad as you might think its not a 9-5, but it is bearable. some times got to work till midnight on weekends but you have the early morning and most of the afternoon off.

Cons

Do not work for this company. I'm going to give you my promise that the moment you drop in sales is the moment they will fire you. that is how they are always hiring at all times, they even have commercials going on saying they are hiring now lets think about this how is it possible granted is expanding a lot be able to bring in new employees EVERY 2 WEEK with a new training class and be able BUY employees to movie from Miami and Texas and at the same time expand the headquarters. The sales techniques are borderline unethical due to the fact that they don't break the law but the way the word their sales script is very persuasive, but makes the customer assume one thing when it really is the other. other than unethical it really is hard for a college grad to actually be ordered around by someone fresh out of high school who just didn't work hard at all to be successful in life but yet has the authority to boss people around that have taken the time money and determination to go farther in life. If you are a threat to your manager good or bad they will take it personal and eventually will be let go whether it be for sales or points.
