Pros

Flexibility with time off. Fast-paced. New challenges. High standards. I've grown a lot here and RV has been proactive in helping me grow as a developer and as a business team member. I'm surrounded by a lot of very smart people here and I love that there's always someone here who knows more than I do and that I can learn from.

Cons

You can't be a pushover as a developer here, it's expected that you'll communicate your own capacity and ideas to your team if something needs to be done. You also have to self-manage and prioritize your own workload effectively. If you can't do these things you may find it stressful here.

Pros

You don't want to take the bolts out of your face. You don't have enough clothes to cover up your tats. You don't have enough clothes without holes in them. You don't have enough clothes (if you're a female). Playing cornhole or nerf gun is better than being treated like a human being. You sympathized with the Borg on Star Trek; you WILL be assimilated. You think slavery is cool! You think bait and switch is just management's way of valuing you. You think the comp plan changing radically every month is stimulating. You have absolutely no self respect.

Cons

What's not to love about slavery!

Pros

If I can think of one its the training.

Cons

They treat the new sales agents like animals. They keep adding more lies to make it seem like a great place to work, and they say it's very rewarding. When in reality, you get nothing for your good performance. I can tell when people are being taken advantage of, and this is a perfect example. If there's one thing they do well, it is that they sugarcoat everything. HR will try to dodge you if you have any questions, and do whatever it takes to put you through their grinder. They also use your "nesting" time to get as many sales as they can from you before they spit you out. Anyone who thinks this is a good job is either corporate training from one of their other locations, or doesn't know how to be treated like an adult. I also think that having to raise your hand to get up to go to the bathroom is ridiculous.
