Pros

This is a great place to grow. You just have to be focused, and make those sales!

Cons

The only thing that is a bummer is there are alot of younger mangers in this work place. Someone is always cursing very unprofessional.

Pros

I'm reading alot of these reviews and am noticing a trend in the negative ones. The majority say that they get fired for not selling or saying something wrong on the phones. Here's a novel solution to that.. SELL!! and sell with integrity. Red Ventures gives you excellent training and all the tools at your disposal to be successful. If you get terminated from Red Ventures for not performing; who's fault is that? The goals are already set assuming you will receive a certain number of "un-serviceables & un-sellables". They have developers and geeks behinds the scenes crunching numbers everyday providing management with solid analytics of the type of calls that come in. If there ever was an instance where a larger number of "unsellable" calls came in and it contradicted the already-set goals, Red Ventures would always make it right. There is no conspiracy here to get you out the door. Every time an employee leaves, the company loses money, so that is definitely not they're goal. Now if that same person was not able to live up to the standards that Red Ventures expects from their employees, well hey, sorry it didn't work out, good luck, I hope you find your niche a less demanding work environment. Some of these reviews ask Red Ventures to be more lenient and think about the "Person" and realize they have families. Red Ventures is not welfare. It's a business, with a bottom line. They pay exceptionally well compared to other employers in South Florida, but they do ask that you work hard in return. We live in America, and you have to work for what you want. If you want a hand-out, move to France.

Cons

Recent changes in compensation, implemented to narrow the pay gap between low and top performers, have decreased the HUGE checks top sales agents used to see.

Pros

Red Ventures is constantly pushing the envelope and innovating what we do. I feel lucky everyday to work with such intelligent and driven individuals. It's very fast paced and decisions are made really quickly, which is refreshing, when some other companies move very slow. Our facilities are absolutely amazing! We have a workout gym, full basketball court, bistro on site, and a really unique design of the building. We have weekly meetings on Friday with beer where we talk about updates from the week and introduce new employees. I like that we do things like this to help make a large company feel small. My friends that don't work at RV always tell me that I work in a dream world. They can't imagine having the work environment that I have. I really like working here and enjoy the people I work with!

Cons

RV is a very performance based and fast paced company. Employees are pushed to not settle for average and are held to very high standards. This type of environment may not be right for everyone and I think this is why there are some negative reviews on here. The company won't allow employees to not work hard and innovate their particular job functions. I find this exciting, but if you can't handle pressure, it may not be right for you.
