Pros

I am very competitive, so the commissions and extra incentives (gift cards, trips, TVs, Ipad) all are great incentives for me. I like that I can see how my performance compares to all the other agents at any point in the day. It makes me feel like they are being honest and open and it drives me to work harder and sell more. I have room for growth in becoming a Master Agent- special recognition for being top in sales and tenure. It's not an easy, sit there and collect a pay check. You work hard for your money and it pays off!

Cons

Location is a little far out. I live in the uptown area and would love to work there too. At least it's going against traffic. This is also a performance based environment which may not be for everybody.

Pros

Excellent training, they'll prepare you with the knowledge to do the job. Immediate feed back on your performance. Very easy way to earn very good money.

Cons

Pay structure on your commissions changed every month. Performance is managed to the minute detail. Your told that the more calls you take the more sales you'll make, which is true, but it also increases the number of missed opportunities. You will be performance managed for those missed opportunities with no considerations for the high number of closed sales that you may have.

Pros

Fun, casual environment. Good benefits, flexible work schedule.

Cons

Well below average salary, everyone is a manager but no one has authority, management lacks clear vision for company's direction.
