Pros

Honestly, not many in the past year or so. Decent, centrally-located office. Salaries are good enough. Remote working an option for some employees (for now). A few good eggs around.

Cons

Tone-deaf corporate comms. Zero culture & little effort to create one. Meaningful benefits e.g. mental health days got taken away. Reviews process is protracted, onerous and constantly changing. New processes constantly introduced and then removed or not used. Leadership/ business unit structure changes frequently. Claim to put people first but this is just PR. Weird cult-like obsession with CEO amongst some staff.

Pros

Excellent training, they'll prepare you with the knowledge to do the job. Immediate feed back on your performance. Very easy way to earn very good money.

Cons

Pay structure on your commissions changed every month. Performance is managed to the minute detail. Your told that the more calls you take the more sales you'll make, which is true, but it also increases the number of missed opportunities. You will be performance managed for those missed opportunities with no considerations for the high number of closed sales that you may have.

Pros

-steady pay check -commissions decent -extra incentives for overtime hours

Cons

-unstable environment -multiple managers in a few months -grown adults have to ask the people who control the call volume if they are "allowed" or "permitted" to use the bathroom -no flexible schedule changes even if a request is put in many months prior(had to work every weekend) holy obligation days were disregarded -chained to your headset because of the lack of available agents because they fire people right and left where current staff forced to work overtime hours, no choice -numbers were affected by unconvertable leads -you are just another number, agent, and statistic---not an individual!
