      Pros

      Discretionary PTO usage; good insurance coverage and pricing; a lot of opportunity to learn the business world if you're young and fresh.

      Cons

      Excessive amounts of pressure in the name of "Acting Like An Owner"; Excessive micromanagement OF management FROM management - even though you're told autonomy is a core principal; Business units are chaotically joined and do not run the same way - different expectations for everyone, but you're accountable so if they don't act with the same urgency you're told to - it's 100% your fault and your liability;

      Great PTO (if you can use it) Good benefits Networking opportunities

      Cons

      They expect you to work like a robot- most people are overworked and underpaid. I was told that I had to work the job for 1 year+ before being considered to be promoted (basically working for free). Majority of the tenured accountants have left over the past year so the team is pretty new. RV also has a reputation for burning out their accountants. From my last experience, senior leadership does not have an understanding on what it takes to be an accountant.
