Pros

Great benefits packages, including salary (to justify the hours and stress) Campus amenities are nice (by design to keep employees there longer)

Cons

Incredibly corporate. You will spend most of your day in meetings. You have to play politics - make sure everyone likes you because your manager(s) will request peer feedback/reviews several times per year. Oh, and make sure your manager likes you because they will request selective feedback to get whatever responses they want. You will not be in one job/role/team for long; managers move people around constantly to feel like they're "working."

Pros

They have great benefits for employees such as insurance, on site novant branch (for minor stuff but still great), great cafeteria food priced at next to nothing, basketball court, tennis court, poker tables, great vacation/PTO and 401K options and are very laid back with dress code. Their main focus is culture and their employees so it can feel like a very great and progressive place to work for.

Cons

They push culture so much that it can interfere with your job and for people that are more on the quiet side it can be overwhelming to basically be forced into all these activities. Also, there is favoritism and that can be seen with promotions. You have to be involved socially and do a lot outside of your job to get promotion. Also, you will do a lot of work but compensation is not as high for a company that is so successful. I think this company is for a very specific type of person (outgoing, extrovert, someone who is willing to put themselves out there and work on more than just their job... the majority of people work till very late or work from home non stop), def not for everyone.

Pros

Employees are motivated and work very very hard. Great coworkers and people to be around. I will say they had some great architects design the place because the buildings are almost the best part.

Cons

Difficult to have a work/life balance. Unless you like working weekends and working odd hours. Probably the most stressful job you'll ever have. Management is confusing and usually not on the same page. They love transparency from their employees, however it's usually difficult to get transparency from them in return. In my opinion, the best way to describe working there...it's like your a fish out of water, trying to fend for your life.
