Pros

The campus is beautiful, great food, great dress code

Cons

Lies, lies, lies after the first two or three months the "coolness" of the campus fades and you start to see all the horrible things that happen here, terrible management , terrible treatment of employees, and lastly very very dishonest

Pros

The cafe has good food and the staff there is very helpful

Cons

Immature management. Loud music, people shooting nerf guns, childish work environment. High stress. Age discrimination . If you are over the age of 40, they do their best to make you feel unwanted, get rid of you or make you quit.

Pros

Amenities, onsite cafes, no dress code, nice facilities.

Cons

During my tenure there was zero time to use the amenities provided. Management expects you to work 60+hrs per week even though they claim to promote a "work/life balance". I watched countless, great employees be pushed out the door so other employees who badgered or otherwise mistreated others were promoted. I would highly advise anyone to avoid Red Ventures at all costs.
