Pros

Liked the people I worked with a lot. Great training. Lots of great rewards for anyone willing to put in overtime. Loved the flat company culture. Unusual for a new hire to be able to eat lunch with the founder of a company like this.

Cons

Its sales. The marketing with paid searches can create some very difficult situations that made me very uncomfortable. Can be expected to take advantage of people. Lots of compliance rules that can be very hard to keep up with on every call, and is possible to lose the job for one or two mistakes. Many of the situations arise because the marketing can be dishonest, and the sales person is required to say lots of things to make up for the dishonest marketing. Lots of money to be made without creating those situations that can make it hard to sleep at night. Cut that, and it would be a great place to work.

Pros

even if you just finished high school you can make better money than walmart

Cons

horrible sweat shop, amenities are just mere illusions as only corporate people are the majority of users, if you work anything different than the 8-5, 9-6 schedule, good luck having time to use these facilities. Pay is a joke, when you do a good job or is forced to have a 30 minutes lunch, they pay you pizza instead of your promised bonuses. Good luck trying to pay your bills with a pizza slice. all the good stuff that is used to lure people to work there will quickly fade away, as you see how fast that revolving door spins. you can get fired quicker than you got hired. Good luck making to your first anniversary.
