Pros

Not many! Free gym reduced meals bowling alley If you want to go into management and sell the dream it's great. Only about 10% of all sales agents make it to 90 days. Great place if you have no integraty in sales game.

Cons

When numbers are slipping you are supposed to be warned and put on performance improvement if numbers to come back up. Instead they never inform you and 2 weeks before 90 days you are told sales metrics must be to 90% or terminated. Although was told when trending towards improvement plan you would be warned first.

Pros

The gym, the cafe, decent comp plan, awesome co workers. You're more likely to find your soul mate there, 20

Cons

Where to begin? I did both sales and corporate aspects of RV. You actually have to smoke weed in order to be able to handle the job. You can be an awesome performer one month, but if you slip and have a few bad weeks, they'll try to get rid of you. QA does not care. There job is to fire people. If you are given advice from your manager, even if it is deceitful, you the agent will be terminated! There were hundreds of agents over time who were fired due to the tutelage of their manager! Also, you can make hundreds of sales per month for the company. If you don't hit certain matrices, you are not going to make any money!

Pros

Good experience for high pressure sales. Benefits.

Cons

They do not care about you whatsoever. If you have family you better pray you get a half decent schedule which you won't . They require you to take shorter breaks and lunches which is illegal and they will give you points with their attendance system. In SC they get away with it because of labor laws. The only reason they are hiring 500 people is because Niki Haley said they would foot the tab for that brand new shiny building. Which means taxpayers paid for the building. RV is earning a very bad reputation in the charlotte area. The company will be sold off in a couple years.
