No shortage of opportunity to learn- portfolio has a bit of everything so you can learn SEO, paid, brand, media across the biggest sectors in the economy (financial services, education, healthcare, movers, etc). Some of the smartest people in Charlotte.

Cons

Very high standards for performance, Change is a constant. Manager strength varies by team.

Pros

The people on my direct team. The pay at the beginning is also nice, but its a battle to get any level of pay adjustment beyond that.

Cons

Terrible decisions by upper management result in the lower-level employees being stretched to the bone. As a manager, I sat in on several calibrations for promotions. I saw and heard several outwardly sexist situations where men got promotions while women were questioned incessantly about why they deserved to be promoted. Constantly asking how they can improve, but no action. Unreasonable expectations about work-life balance. After people quit or additional responsibilities are added, there's no support to help with an additional load. This resulted in almost everyone on my team quitting/burning out.
