Pros

Lots of opportunities to work on multiple businesses

Cons

Not transparent about pay and women are often underpaid and overworked. Additionally, while there are opportunities to move around to different businesses within RV, moving up can be difficult as it's a very political environment.

Pros

Energetic team. Some teams can be fun and rewarding. If you are looking to hone your skills in performance marketing (or content development), this is a decent place to get some experience.

Cons

RV is a conglomeration of acquisitions and you can tell. The unity you might feel is really just at the HQ and is a function of a pretty charismatic founder & CEO. If you are part of an acquisition, good luck to you. They clean house pretty quickly.
