This will be my sixth month at RedCloud. They were able to find a great group for me to work with at Microsoft that has allowed me the flexibility to have a great work/life balance. RedCoud has a ton of internal resources that I have tapped when I have come across issues that I needed help with. There have been some great team building events and I feel like they care.

Pros

I just started my second contract at RedCloud and have nothing but praise for the company. I am well supported in my Microsoft role and my RedCloud rep is always available if I have questions or concerns. There's also a spirit of collaboration among other RedCloud consultants working in similar roles. The pay and benefits are competitive, and I appreciate getting vacation time. The company also provides good equipment and tech support - something that you can't take for granted at other agencies.

Cons

Benefits get expensive if you want to cover a partner or family. That being said, single coverage is very competitive compared to other agencies.

RedCloud is a great place for anyone who wants to stretch and grow. It provides self-driven individuals the autonomy to apply all of their accumulated skills to challenging assignments, while providing the resources to develop new ones.
