      Pros

      From the time I met the RedCloud team to my current employment experience it has been an amazing opportunity. The recruiting experience was quick and easy and they really made me feel heard regarding what I wanted my next role and team to look like. Moreover, they met my salary, benefits and general company requirements. I’ve been with the RedCloud team for almost a year now and couldn’t be happier. As our practice area continues to grow, I only see more positive opportunities in the future.

      Cons

      Not really so much a con as just growing pains and/or holiday issues. When I joined it took forever to get back my background check and subsequently I started working with my contract company without credentials. Again, I don’t think this is the norm for most applicants, but a perfect storm due to holidays and many people being OOF.
