      Pros

      I have worked for RedCloud Consulting for over 10 years. I have enjoyed the personal attention they provide to their consultants - always thinking about how to make our lives better on and off the job. Principals Brett and Brett are engaged in the business and reach out to consultants with accolades and sometimes just to see how things are going. Very approachable, which has created sense of community and loyalty.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons. I hear RCC is one of the better boutique consulting firms in the Seattle area. I have had several consultants from other firms ask for introductions.

      Pros

      RedCloud is dedicated to providing and supporting growth not only for their clients but their employees as well. While there are numerous practice areas, each member of the team is always willing to collaborate to ensure the best solution for our clients. RedCloud offers many opportunities to develop as a consultant through their monthly Lunch & Learns, resource center, and expert written blog posts. Further, the company is committed to the community through partnerships with local businesses, scholarship opportunities for teens, and volunteering/fundraising efforts. RedCloud is a great company to work for!

      A revamp of the mentorship program could offer great benefits to newer consultants.
