Management have been very supportive and helpful through transitioning from one project to another, especially in these tumultuous times. Strong leadership and open communication about the future and how RedCloud is being proactive in aligning to the market. Love working with my RedCloud colleagues.

Pros

In my time with RedCloud, I've found that--to a member--the corporate team values and practices transparency, mutual respect, ethical practice, open communication and collaboration. This extends to how RC engages with consultants as well as clients. Good work/life balance as well.

Cons

While it's tough in a competitive, belt-tightening economy, I would like to be able to offer our consultants a slightly more generous PTO package.
