Pros

This will be my sixth month at RedCloud. They were able to find a great group for me to work with at Microsoft that has allowed me the flexibility to have a great work/life balance. RedCoud has a ton of internal resources that I have tapped when I have come across issues that I needed help with. There have been some great team building events and I feel like they care.

Managers are really on your side, transparent, and communicate very clearly!

Cons

Not really any cons but I guess since you're mostly a contract worker you can feel like you belong more to the company that you contract for? That being said RedCloud does make an effort to create a sense of familiarity I just didn't participate so that's on me
