I work with nice and supportive people.

Cons

Despite being full of amazing employees, people leave RedCloud Consulting all the time. This company is like a revolving door of employees because it has a very high employee turnover rate. The main reason is probably the useless leadership. Our leaders are unsupportive, and they always fail to provide employees with the resources and support that they need. If you need guidance, you won't get anything worthwhile from the leadership. Most of our leaders here don't seem to care about the employees and the company at all.

- Supportive and flexible leadership team - International and remote opportunities - Full benefits - great if you have a family - Fortune 500 clients

Cons

- You have to be at least 50% billable to continue getting your salary paid. This is typical in the consulting world, but you have to be aware of this if you're entering the industry.
