      Downsizing was a benefit for everyone in the company in my opinion

      Pros

      If you’re reading my review, you’ve probably noticed all the reviews talking about the downsizing that’s occurred over recent years. It’s entirely true that we have far less people at the moment, but to be honest, I feel like we’re functioning much better now that we don’t have as many people working here. I know it may seem harsh, but anyone I knew who was cut wasn’t a great fit for the company, and from what I know they were given plenty of opportunities to adjust. The reality is, downsizing happens, and in this case, everyone I know benefited from it.

      Cons

      Any issues we’ve had such as communication across departments and organizational flaws are now getting better, but we still have a ways to go before it’s not a notable issue.

      Pros

      Genuinely inspiring, intelligent people who believe in the mission of RedSail. If you want to join a company that’s a ‘finished product,’ then this isn’t for you… but if you like to be a part of the growth process and get involved, you’ll love it. RedSail is on an exciting journey and everyone’s contribution is valid. I always felt like I was able to make a difference and was listened to.
