      Pros

      Redsail’s moving forward in a positive direction and taking the necessary steps to ensure that everything’s running smoothly. There’s some quirks in the process, but management’s doing their best to guide us as the company’s evolving.

      Cons

      The work environment gets chaotic these days. I’m confident everything will go back to normal soon. In the meantime, I’m just staying focused on the tasks at hand.

      You’re given all the recourses you need to be successful. Whether or not you use that to your advantage is entirely up to you. If you take initiative, you’ll be way happier than the person who waits for things to happen to them.

      Cons

      There were a ton of projects and staying focused on them required a good amount of effort.
