None that I can think off. Ridiculous onboarding.

Cons

Everything! No clear onboarding You use your own laptop Unprofessional coworkers and managers They don’t know what they want! Overall very bad experience. Don’t get blind by the recent reviews, probably they got paid for it.

The team was spectacular. Leadership pushed for excellence from all departments, and we cooperated to make it happen. I’m proud of all my achievements at RedSail and I’m thankful for the experience.

Cons

There was a lot of tedious work to do in addition to usual responsibilities.
