This is a great place to work for those who have a passion about working in Information Technology. The culture at Redapt is fun, rewarding, and challenging. Redapt gives you all of the tools you need to be successful at the company. The team atmosphere is great, as people really enjoy what they do and they celebrate successes. No one is intimidating in the office and open dialogue is readily encouraged. Great pay, insurance, and management.

Decent pay. No micromanaging whatsoever. All the certifications you could ever want are paid for by the company. Benefits packages are solid, and even include gym reimbursement. Salary is competitive within the industry. Both my manager and my team lead are awesome, genuinely likeable people that really go out of their way to show us that we as techs are appreciated.
