Okay company with a good product, but arrogant management

Pros

Interesting products with a chance to travel to installation sites. Compensation was okay and they did try to give good benefits while I was there.

Cons

The upper management seemed too arrogant and thought they knew the suppliers business better then the supplier did. Not really a family oriented place due to the travel.

Reddwerks as a way to appreciate life?

Pros

Able to make some money during a down economy is impressive. Small nimble company. Not many layers of management so there is not too much red tape, you can move fast.

Cons

Work life balance does not exist. Morale is bad, which does not help with the rumor mill. Management is disrespectful to employees, we are treated like children.

Pros

You can wear jeans everyday.

Cons

If you didn't work for the CEO's wife at her restaurant, and you aren't a cousin of someone else high up on the food chain, then don't waste your time. Your experience and proven record of accomplishments will get you no where fast in this company.
