Pros

There are no pros about this job or company.

Cons

You can not get a decent pay. There's hardly any work. You will be lucky if you earn $500 a week. It's absolutely absurd to make associates pay MLS fees and board fees when it will take you months to get that money back from work. Your employees are as crocked as the company. There is no team mentality. They will step on you to get further ahead, no remorse. If you go to HR regarding an issue, you wont get a resolution, The problem wont be fixed. I just wishes I read the reviews before I signed up to join the company,

Pros

You make your own schedule based on the times/days and area you wish to work. For licensed agents who don't want full time, this is an option. Supplemental income is nice. You are almost completely on your own, which I prefer. I also like meeting people and seeing houses.

Cons

Unfortunately, the job has gotten significantly less rewarding in the three years I've been here. It is one of two side jobs and really a place to hang my license. Since I started, we have actually had a demotion in pay due to the incentive pay being removed when the market slowed they have also restructured the pay for showing cancellations. Also, you end up doing work without pay: scheduling tours that cancel, feedback and communication with agent, waiting for late clients, etc. At times, I feel like I'm paying them. For example, I recently scheduled a tour that went back and forth between client and listing agent. Put it on my calendar and cleared my schedule. That morning, client canceled and I get $0 bc they canceled more than two hours out. I probably spent 20 min of time and cleared my schedule to receive nothing for my time. Unfortunately this happens every few months.
