Food. Flexible working hours. Excellent salary for the amount of work they expect from you.

Cons

Lots of meetings. Boring technology/products.

Fun for a while, limited career progression

Pros

A welcoming environment, fun people to work with, free breakfast + lunch, yearly company day out , company events every so often, easy to make some great friends, talented people (they filter for the best)

Cons

A different styled upper management that doesn't always fit with the companies "core values", no sense of company direction (only for the short term) because of this personal development is restricted. Experience does differ from what department you work in & some departments do get allot more benefits from work here. No overtime pay (So meeting hard deadlines you often run into extra hours / weekend work) 40 hour contracted week, but most working people will end up 45+ to get everything done (That adds up over the 4 year+ I worked there) Pay scale is lower than other places, but benefits are more than other places (if you use them all)

Pros

There are lots of great people who really care about their work and help each other.

Cons

The exec are seriously removed from what's happening at the business end, and whilst its great working in sales (who get treated like Royalty) or product who don't have to work to deadlines, for the operational teams there is little or no recognition of the hard work we do, or just how over stretched we are constantly.
