      You can control your managers because they are inexperienced

      Cons

      - leadership has plan how to set up a successful sales team as they never closed business - no sales culture and no high performing sales people. - the salesfloor is as lively as a cemetery -promote the wrong people

      Pros

      - Good benefits (canteen, social events, Christmas party etc...) - Great office and working environment - Lots of very smart people - A great culture - everyone is very friendly and helpful - Employees given lots of responsibilities and autonomy (sometimes too much)

      Cons

      - Limited career progression due to a very flat structure - Technology is often very old (e.g. old Windows desktop applications) - Teams are incredibly siloed, it's almost like 10 separate companies, rather than one - Domain is not the most exciting (database software) - Company strategy seems to be very short-term
