All of the standard hallmarks of an excellent place to work (free lunches, free drinks, flexitime); but what really stands out is the allergy to politics or bad ideas at every level of the company, the total access to and transparency by all levels of management right up to the CEOs, and the culture that means it's whether your idea is good that matters, not who you are whilst saying it.

Cons

You might never be able to hold down a conventional office job again, because you'll be in the habit of telling everyone the whole unvarnished truth - not something that some people get on with...

Pros

Flexible hybrid work--mostly remote but in the office one day every two weeks, feels like a good balance. No pressure to work overtime, and you get a good number of days off without pressure to check work notifications on those days, work doesn't take over your spare time. Inclusion--I'm nonbinary and have encountered no prejudice, everyone is at the very least well-intentioned and open-minded, and there's quite a few other openly LGBTQ+ people here. Great benefits: obviously pension and insurance, but also a wellbeing allowance and a lot of freedom on what you can spend it on, Perks At Work discounts, wellbeing day, volunteering days, etc.

Cons

Nothing major really. I did an internship here a couple of years before starting work here, and the culture has changed a bit, there were a few more...lighthearted things going on a few years ago that I know some people miss (for instance more quirky aesthetic choices around the old office that the new office doesn't have), but it's still good with some fun social events and fairly informal and friendly vibes.

Pros

Not a bad place to work at all, better people culture than most places. Somewhat low morale after a round of layoffs - Flexible working. - Great people culture - at the bottom of the hierarchy. - Great benefits and team socials. - Lots of opportunities to get involved in things outside of the day-to-day.

Cons

- Complex solution set, complicated for customers to set up. - Churn accountability not spread throughout the org. - Lack of VP visibility and involvement. - Exclusive management and leadership club. - Far from ready to serve Enterprise customers (Processes internally not there). - Sales are constantly bringing in "creative deals", often leading to starting on the back foot from the get-go.
