Things have been changing over the past couple of years but in 2025 we have seen a total shift in how the company is being managed and how good people are being treated. There is no such thing as a good culture now. Toxic personalities have dominated the company enough to a point that individuals are being bullied out of the company. Senior leadership is turning a blind eye to behaviour. The same toxic names are being discussed widespread but we’re powerless to do anything about it. If you can’t talk to the people that are there to support staff (HR) then we have no hope. The same people have been protected for years despite barely contributing to anything and yet others are held up to high standards. There’s not an ounce of positivity left at Redgate. People are unhappy and SLT and people team simply don’t care. So sad to see the people that worked so very hard to make this place special have gone or are leaving, and those that have destroyed it reap the rewards. The founders would be heart broken.

Not all that its cracked up to be

Nice office, good benefits and nice people

Cons

Culture has changed loads and not the environment it used to be - too many people in high level positions that are only there because they have been with the business for over 5 years. lots of pressure and if your face doesn't fit you are either managed out or given no support

In certain roles it seems they only exist for the sake of it and unless you jump ship to another role with more opportunities then you are stuck
