      There’s a ‘growth mindset’ culture of learning, with resources like coaching and peer book groups. Lots of fun socials to be involved in. Fully hybrid

      Cons

      There’s not a general bonus scheme for all anymore - but there are now share options.

      Pros

      The culture at Redgate is pretty hard to beat, people are super friendly and I've felt very little pressure/stress from the work. I haven't come across a single person I've struggled to instantly like. There is a big focus on experimenting/exploring new and better ways to do things, and as a result a lot of the tech that's used is fairly modern and relevant.

      Cons

      Within the first 6 months of being here I genuinely can't think of any cons at the moment. The organization is undergoing some fairly significant changes because of it's rapid growth but that's just normal really.
