There's a brilliant culture here, everyone gets along well and has time to go for coffee or lunch and have a laugh, but then is ready to put their foot down and work hard. You can choose when you start and finish working which is advantageous for most people, especially those with busy schedules or inconsistent public transport. Management and upper management are respectful, trusting, and great to get along with. Excellent local interdepartmental communication and collaboration.

Brilliant on-boarding, and very friendly team. At least in my role, we have half of every Friday to take part in talks, read books, work on other projects with the aim of bettering ourselves and exploring/learning something new - there is a big focus on self-improvement and progression. Whilst they obviously expect you to get the work done they also treat you like an adult and let you get on with whatever you need to do, there are no deadlines and plenty of people to ask for help, with a focus on pairing or mobbing on tickets if needed.
