      Fantastic place to work for but sadly not the best domain of work.

      Pros

      You don't feel any pressure during work, and there are no deadlines. Great work culture and nice people. Remote working until the end of 2021 and flexible-hybrid which is almost remote working. Monthly allowance to spend on whatever you like. Good balance between work and life.

      Cons

      The domain of the work is not interesting, and although the services are 24/7 up and running, they are not highly used like social networks or big sales companies.

      Pros

      Excellent place to work, good work-life balance, good salary and good benefits package. Management did a great job through the pandemic supporting the employees and plans for flexible working moving forward look really good. Plus the canteen in the office is second to none.

      Cons

      Company has grown a lot and while it has retained that small company/startup feel there are moments where things move slower than they should.
