Pros

In the wider company there is encouragement and opportunity to progress in either the same or different roles. A fantastic free canteen with 4 meal options and cooked breakfast every day. Listens to employee ideas. Teams have the freedom to implement their own processes. Flexible working available across most of the company. Good benefits package including annual bonus.

Cons

The customer support roles offer little progression. The 42 hour week leaves little room to use the flexible working benefit.

Pros

Great place to work. Good culture and lots of smart people.

Cons

They got a bit lost for a while, but I hear that they have much better plans now and are doing very well.

Pros

Positive environment, challenging problems to solve, supportive management and colleagues, pairing, free food and coffee, learning budget, profit share scheme

Cons

Legacy software can be difficult to work with and not a lot of new technology adopted. Steps are being taken to modernize.
