      Pros

      There are plenty of smart and friendly people around. The company culture emphasises teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement. There are plenty of learning and development opportunities. Flexible working hours, free breakfast and lunch, informal atmosphere.

      Cons

      Development teams may operate quite differently from each other, so your mileage may vary. There's a lack of a consistent and concrete direction for the company's future.

      Pros

      People are looked after with an emphasis on personal development. There is a willingness to try new things in marketing and take ownership of activity/initiatives. Lots of opportunities to grow and develop in my 14 years at Redgate and plenty of challenge along the way. Worked with some great people and will remember them fondly. Great feedback culture with a view to continuously improve as individuals but also as a business.

      Cons

      Very little. Recently, struggled to see progression path. Sometimes ownership and accountability is missing but this is definitely being worked on.

      Pros

      Some of the smartest people you will ever find working for one company. Clarity on company goals helps all individuals and departments work together. Always willing to experiment. Employees are empowered to make their own decisions.

      Cons

      Nothing major I can think of. If anything, it would be the tendency to hang on to poor performers too long.
