Pros

-Many opportunities to continue working and make more money, depending on your location -Better flexibility with time if you plan it out right. -Can be taken as a pro or con but you need to push yourself to start early and end late if you can, in order to become a top biller.

Cons

-Weather can be a challenge, especially with hot summer days and frigid winters. -Dealers can sometimes be a pain to work with, but maintain communication and put your foot down.

Pros

Management cares about success of their employees, and gives a good amount of flexibility of schedule.

Cons

Weather can be unpredictable and you need a little flexibility to occasionally start early or stay late when you miss some/all of a day to weather. Some stores aren't as busy as others.
