Working from Home, Salaried position. Able to learn and grow within the company.

Medical Insurance is a little pricey but Redline does contribute

Pros

Being around new cars is the best part of the job.

Cons

As hard as you work and as much as dealerships love you.. It's easy for them to cancel and when they do there goes your chance at making decent money since it is all commission. Redline hasn't taken the time to develop relationships and there is better technology...so dealerships cancel to go with other companies. The flexibility is great but it only goes so far. If you want to make more money they tell you to work more but if the inventory and dealerships are not there you end up wasting your time.

Pros

No limit to how much you can make, They do not limit the amount of work you can take. Once your finished your route reach out to your manger for more work. One of the few jobs out there where the more you do the more you make

Cons

Weather- Cant work when its snowing or raining
