nice people, work around your availability, clean store

not the most respectful, made me push carts when there were plenty of guys that were more capable and stood around watching, no one year raises, not the best management

You will always have a steady job, no layoffs. earn stock in the company, earn vacation time which increases with time spent with the company as well as personal days which if not used during the year you get the pay for whatever you have left, also always expect annual raise. not a bad company to work for if you have no education or trade skills yet.

Cons

you do the same thing day in day out, customers are rude, corprate personal can make your day hell if they come into the store and see something they dont like. you have to do ALOT of things with out much apprication.

paychecks clear. There is a standard uniform and dress code. If you would rather play then work this job is perfect. Management is barely around to supervise.

Cons

very little hours. Even less money in paychecks. No bonuses or benefits and no chance or opportunity for upward mobility. Managers are lazy and could care less about employees. Senior staff is a joke, they dont work and are not available to complain or praise to, One of the worst jobs ever.
