Pros

Very flexible with hours, they always give you request off days, as long as you give them advance warning. Easy job, great for high schoolers who just need a part time job.

Cons

Managers couldn't be less understanding. Everyone expects the employees to know everything, right away. Minimal training. Hard work is rarely acknowledged. Not many promotions available. Low pay. Many customers complain about how poor the customer service is and always compare us to Giant or Wegman's, with good reason. They don't inform employees of any benefits they may have received, instead wait until the employee asks them. Treats different departments way differently, with obvious favorites. Very strict to those who are not the favorites. Some of the managers are incredibly inappropriate as well. There is no line between personal and business for some of them.

Pros

The job was simple with little responsibility. The rules were straightforward and you knew exactly what was expected of you.

Cons

The work environment was terrible starting with management. They were never happy and never conveyed what they wanted or their own goals making it difficult to work there.

Pros

Some flexibility in hours. Not hard labor. Hours were available to work. Getting time off was as simple as handing notice in advance.

Cons

Little chance for advancement. Minimal Pay and Raises. Most management did not appreciate hard workers compared to slackers. Many old business policies refused to change to new and better policies.
