People really wanted to build value to customers. Always knew someone could come through with a solution

The amount of partying people want to do it a bit much. Also if you don't get in with the primary people there is no chance for growth.

I've been at Redwood about 14 months in the IT department. The company is growing rapidly, undergoing change, and there's opportunity to grow with it. The work that we're executing is fascinating, getting to utilize a cutting edge tech stack to deliver products/services I can stand behind. Personally, I've moved from a Jr title to a Lead in this time. Redwood leadership appreciates hard work, which is motivating. Also have some great friends I've made along the way.

Cons

There's a lot of change ongoing as a result of acquisitions and mergers. It takes patience to wait for decisions to be made since there's a lot of action. Trending in the right direction, certainly no lack of excitement.
