Pros

Total family atmosphere. Everyone has each others backs and gets along with each other well. I have not experienced a more close-knit group of colleagues at any job I have had. It is an upbeat atmosphere and they value their employees first and foremost. They are very hands on and on a daily-basis you will see upper management, communicate with them, and get to know them which I feel is rare at a company this large.

Cons

Not a lot honestly.

Pros

I've been working here for several years and have formed many friendships here at Redwood. One of the best things about coming into work is knowing you have friends there with you. It's a growing company, which means there are plenty of opportunities to advance - you just have to be proactive. There's an open door policy and plenty of perks around the office.

Cons

Vacation time is limited, but that goes with the industry.
