Pros

Great environment for young professionals. Always good music playing. Do not have to dress in a suit and tie. There is always something fun going on in the office. Everyone is friendly and nice and genuinely cares about each other.

Cons

No real complaints. You have to put the hours in here just like you would at any job. If you do not like fast paced then this job may not be for you.

Employees are rewarded for hard work and positive results. Fun and spontaneous work environment make every day a new adventure.

Cons

Redwood has been very supportive of my career objectives and I can't think of any cons to list.
