Pros

Day in and day out I enjoy coming to work. Each day presents a different set of challenges and goals. Since our company merged with TSG in 2014 (rebranded into what is now Redwood Multimodal in 2015) I have seen my book of business increase due to the high level of service offerings. Upper management is very helpful in my growth and also a good source of strategy help when needed.

Cons

At times the long hours can take a toll, but Redwood does a great job of keeping the working environment fun and energetic.
