Toxic environment, blatant favoritism. Management regularly takes worse options from their preferred reps. Despite them frequently turning down your solutions, they will still reprimand you for not bringing good options and not booking enough freight. They had no desire to admit that this dynamic existed, let alone a desire to change it. I have a cheaper, closer truck and you're giving the load to this guy because he's been here for 8 years? Awesome. I'm super motivated to make more calls now.

Communication within your team, system training, directors are very adept and knowledgeable

Cons

SOP for booking loads is a bit rediculous and incredibly time consuming, small compliance team that if they’re actually working, is very slow.
