Pros

All benefits offered are good and the culture is very relaxed to a point till something goes wrong that’s is out of your control or not your fault. Great intro company to start and learn a bit, but leave after the year.

Cons

They are clueless in how each department runs and account manager and manager do not understand workflow. Pressure is on you to handle more accounts than there are people for coverage. Training is very lacking and management can careless if you were trained when it comes to the blame game. Very over worked for the Skelton staff they are trying to have in certain departments. Don’t ever expect a raise for doing your job or going above and beyond. Raises are unheard of in this company. They play the favoritism game here over employees. Everything is tribal knowledge and nothing is in handbooks or official training. A very sink or swim environment here.

Pros

The company provided valuable experience in handling constant change, tight resources, and shifting priorities. I appreciated the chance to take ownership of projects early in my career, but management structure and culture made long-term growth difficult.

Cons

Leadership intrusion on personal time off High team turnover and periodic layoffs Lack of professionalism among some team members
