Pros

Nothing of value is at Redwood. It’s a joke of a company.

Cons

Lack of accountability, disorganization, no structure, not filling the right seats with the right people. Poor leadership top down. People are used and not fairly appreciated. Impossible to advance. CEO is terrible as is leadership / executive team as a whole. They all think they do though. This is the job you want to show you why you need to leave the transportation and logistics industry!

Pros

They pay in American dollars

Cons

Toxic environment, blatant favoritism. Management regularly takes worse options from their preferred reps. Despite them frequently turning down your solutions, they will still reprimand you for not bringing good options and not booking enough freight. They had no desire to admit that this dynamic existed, let alone a desire to change it. I have a cheaper, closer truck and you're giving the load to this guy because he's been here for 8 years? Awesome. I'm super motivated to make more calls now.

Pros

Your last day will be your best day!

Cons

Micromanagement, outsourced jobs, low pay, shady business practices, too many managers, no structure, high insurance, horrible benefits, constant changes, overworked, favoritism, many many more. Management will be the downfall of Dreadwood Logistics. When I was still there the company was already losing money and severely cutting costs by pushing their USA employees out the door. They would overwork you like a mule then write you up when you can’t keep up with the workload of three people. They were hiring people from other countries and have you train them before giving you the axe (if you were full time WFH this was expedited). If you want to experience what it feels like to be a modern day slave then work for this company. I worked from home full time and my mental health was declining faster than Joe Biden’s so that should speak VOLUMES in itself. I’m appreciative they gave me an opportunity and got my foot in the door when it came to logistics but the training was horrible/non existent so it’s definitely either sink or swim. Overall, this company was by far one of the worst I’ve ever worked for so my last day actually brought me more joy than anguish. Check out the other reviews on this company on here and Google.
