Care about you as a person. Make sure to find a role that fits you and work with you in a way that works for you. CEO is closely involved and knows every person in the organization. Growing fast. Technology has grown a great deal and we are able to work in many spaces. Interesting space and an exciting technology that they've built - the product really does feel unique and is fun to show to prospects and existing customers.

Cons

Lots of roles that are normally business only may require technical knowledge.
