      Pros

      -Friendly environment -Good compensation (salary + bonus) -The company provides great assistance to further your career -They aren't cheap with resources -Relaxed dress code -Good overall morale and culture is growing

      Cons

      -Segregation between teams and lack of communication -Theres a weird feeling sometimes that upper management tries to make people "battle it out" and compete with each other when we should be working together. -Office politics (but this is everywhere?)

      Pros

      Everyone, for the most part, is very friendly. There has always been a positive vibe and work environment since I've been here (1 and 1/2 years). There is so much room for growth and the opportunity Reflex Media. They definitely care about team morale and I never feel a corporate vibe. I enjoy coming to work each day.

      Cons

      I love the relaxed environment we have here but that may get in the way with some things like dress code or the way some people interact with each other in the workplace.

      * Managers are not a part of the team * Teams do not work together (you will not know most people that work in the same building) * Puts problems at the company on past employees * Managers communication with other employees
